Meet Hunter,

Hunter came to us  from the Miami shelter  after he was found dragging himself  on the ground. We thought he had an injured hip. But after many tests, we found that he had DM  (degenerative myelopathy) a progressive neurological disease with no cure. He was fostered for 2 months and then came to stay at Renaissance Ranch, with me, for his final months. Hunter was a true champion as he fought to walk, to stand to eat.  I finally let him go over the bridge.

Though Hunter's care cost many thousands of dollars, it was worth every dime. He was an inspiration!

His spirit was unmatched and everyone who met him fell in love with him.

It is collies like  Hunter that need us the most.

Your contributions allow us to help those who are the worst off or are un-adoptable due to illness, age or infirmity. Adoption fees rarely cover the costs of preparing a dog for adoption .

Please donate generously.

The collies thank you.
